Christopher B. McGillicuddy

Founder and Artistic Director

Mr. McGillicuddy (he/him) is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Chelmsford Children's Chorus. He believes in music’s unique ability to bring people from diverse backgrounds and cultures together. After recognizing the need for community music in our region, Mr. McGillicuddy decided to start the CCC at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts.

Mr. McGillicuddy is the Music Teacher at Center Elementary School (Chelmsford Public Schools), Director of Communications for The Massachusetts Music Educators Association, and General Music Coordinator for the MMEA Northeastern District. Mr. McGillicuddy is also an active member of the American Choral Directors Association.

His students have participated in the American Choral Directors Association Eastern Division Elementary Honor Choir, the MMEA All-State Treble Chorus, and the MMEA Northeastern District Treble Chorus.

Mr. McGillicuddy attended the Boyer College of Music and Dance at Temple University where he received a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. He later attended the Lynch Graduate School of Education at Boston College where he received a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy.
